Who Are You? The Value of Identity

Summary: When I finished up my undergraduate degree, I went to work for the company that my dad had started. It was a company devoted to consulting on environmental sciences, waste remediation, and the like. The company initially met with success on the basis of the strong identity the company had with clients and other players in the industry as the expert in its field. Along with its top-rate performance, its identity and reputation brought in contracts.
