Summary: Much is known about how humans react to their environment. The human race has done more to the Earth than any living creature, in the shortest amount of time. It is no wonder then, why it is always fascinating to research, learn and adopt practices that help us reach each other. Body language is one of the most interesting aspects when it comes to interpersonal communication, and in our case, consumer behavior. For example, knowing that when a person is crossing their arms means that they are being guarded, as we approach we should make ourselves as “open” as possible, portraying honesty, niceness, and positivity.
