Fittingly, news programs, magazines, TV specials, and radio reports have paid tribute to the man most in the creative fields consider the Edison of our time. But that’s all about the gadgets he envisioned and inspired. What about Jobs the salesman, advertiser, and marketing genius? Steve Jobs was as great a marketer as he was a technological visionary. In fact, the two talents complemented one another so powerfully that they were indistinguishable from one another in his public persona. The simple reason was because when Jobs declared one of his products was “magical,” it wasn’t hype. He truly believed it to be so.
