Summary: Our American society is becoming more politically correct by the minute. In most cases, it feels like a drag on creativity; organizations have to be more worried about who they are going to offend versus the creativity of the work. In other cases, the political correctness demonstrates the sensitivity of past events, and the society’s act of over-correcting. Now being politically correct can have its good and bad points, and likewise for not adhering to the societal norms.
